So finally our vacation update. We did a road trip a few weeks ago, since we had to go for John's brother's wedding in Iowa. We left here on Tuesday afternoon, drove through the night and got to Iowa on Wednesday about 2:00 their time. So about a 20 hour trip... which wasn't too bad, just a long drive and we were both so sick of it by then. The decision was that we will never make a trip over night like that again!
The wedding was on Friday, so at least we had a few days to kinda recuperate a little. Here is a few pictures from the wedding.
So true to the tradition the get-a-way vehicle got all decked out.
